Nearmap Update on our Block!

Its been a long wait since the 20th April, but finally, Nearmap have updated their map of Hammond Park. A lot has changed in 6 months. We have about 6 homes being occupied already!

Lock Up Stage

We received our Lock Up progress payment authority letter in the mail and immediately drove out to our house to see how it was travelling, we are indeed at lock up apart from the front door and garage door not being there. We will be getting a call sometime very soon to arrange a walk through with our Site Supervisor for Lock Up.

The windows look great, just missing the flywire... I think this gets done at a later stage.

**UPDATE 07/10/2011: We have our walk through at 3pm Wednesday 12 October 2011 with our Site Supervisor! Exciting thing about that is, the cabinets, shelving and plumbing fixtures will be in!

Plastering & Ceilings

Very exciting now you can walk into a room and really feel how large the size of the room is. All the plastering and ceilings have now been done! The next thing is the windows and doors which should be sometime this week. Which means we are a week away from our Lock Up meeting with our Site Supervisor.
